At AMB, we have more than 13 years of experience researching and perfecting the production of microscopically thin balloons made of polyurethane (PUR) for medical technology, with a special focus on fecal management catheters. Our balloon systems offer an exceptional combination of mechanical robustness and shape retention with maximum leakproof assurance and comfort, resulting in significant nursing, hygiene and therapeutic advantages.

Shaping the future with PUR-Engineering

Our first product, hygh-tec® basic‑plus is winning over early adopters and significantly improving intensive care results and efficiency in the fecal care area. 

In this context, we have recently introduced a product expansion of the proven hygh-tec® basic-plus product to the market: hygh-tec® odor-solution. This new product offers an odor-reducing solution specifically for patients with extremely strong-smelling stools and represents a valuable addition to the fecal care sector.

Driven by this success, we’re harnessing the extraordinary potential of balloon structures for future problem-solving platform concepts in respiratory care and urinary care.
